Kemptville Skating Club

Registration Information
Registration is held at the North Grenville Municipal Centre in the arena lobby. Forms are available at the rink on our bulletin board and online from our website. Forms and payment can be brought to registration or mailed in. Early Discount ($25) applies if received by date stated on forms. Family Discount ($50) applies if 3 or more siblings are registered for Winter programs. A Late Fee ($40) applies for returning members only. Registrations will not be accepted for skaters who have outstanding registration and/or test fees until all are paid in full.

Payments
Payment must accompany the completed and signed registration form.  Receipts will be issued, child tax credit applies.

• Full payment by cash or cheque (see forms for dates)
• NSF fee of $25 will be charged for returned cheques.

Refunds
Refunds will be given under the following conditions:

New members shall be granted a four lesson grace period from the first day of the season. At anytime during, or at the end of the four lessons, the child may be withdrawn from the program without penalty. Refund of payment, minus Skate Canada registration fees will be forwarded to the parent or guardian by the Club Treasurer on behalf of the Club.
This grace period applies to first-time skaters only.
